The Young Ones exhibition opens at Momo Gallery, 52 7th Avenue, Parktown North on Thursday August 12, 2010, from 6pm to 8pm and will run until Monday September 6, 2010.
The exhibition expresses a sentiment, a mood, a sign of times. The title of the show was conceived early and explores what The Young Ones could possibly represent.
It suggests a feeling, a consciousness, The Young Ones also personifies the spirit of an individual or the sentiment of a group.”
Work will include drawings, paintings and hand built ceramic sculptures.
