Parkview Senior School
Parkview Senior School held a Hat and Hair Day on 1 September to celebrate Spring Day.
Saturday 26 July saw Parkview Junior and Senior Schools competing in their annual Sports Day. Eagles, Kestrels, Falcons and Hawks were the brightly coloured houses who ran their fastest on the day.
On Friday 18th the world celebrated the 90th birthday of one of our best-loved leaders. Parkview Senior learners wrote birthday cards for Nelson Mandela and indulged in 4 specially ordered cakes.

It was the Grade 6s turn for Entrepreneurial Day at Parkview Senior School. Hot chocolate, computer games, guessing games and burgers were just some of the goods and services on sale.
February 29 was declared a pyjama day at Parkview Senior School. (Most) learners and educators rocked up in PJs looking very sleepy or freaky indeed.

The beautiful hot weather on the 2 February was great for swimmers, less great for the wilting parents. Once again Eagles took the winner's cup and this year also the spirit cup.
Senior Victor Ludorum was Timothy Ackermann. Senior Victrix Ludorum was Julia Chaskalson. Junior Victor Ludorum was Nicholas Zille and the Junior Victrix Ludorum was a tie between Anisa Essop and Ariel Moffat. Jess Lear and Tamas Pinter won the coach's cup and Iman Hassim, the Junior Girls medley.

Parkview Senior School held their annual school play in the last week of October. Each learner in the school performed either on the stage or backstage in the musical, with Grade 7s taking the main speaking roles.
The play was produced and directed by teachers Miss Clegg and Mrs Wright.
